Exotic Soda Co ("we", "us") offers text messages to our wholesale customers. These terms explain what you're signing up for.

What we text

• Wholesale customers: restock reminders, order and delivery updates, account and PIN information for our restock app, and notices when product we shipped you has expired so you can get account credit.

We don't send texts you didn't sign up for, and we don't use this number for third-party advertising.

How you opt in

You choose to receive texts on the "Text alerts" screen in our restock app (Home → Getting started → Get text alerts): enter your mobile number, check the consent box and tap "Turn on text alerts". You'll get a confirmation text right away. See what the opt-in screen looks like. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 6 messages per month depending on your orders and account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. We don't charge for our texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and then no more texts. You can also turn text alerts off in the restock app or by contacting us. To start again, reply START.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging provider) that help us deliver the messages.
